Production design is the planning that happens before any truck is loaded: what the stage looks like, how big the screens need to be, where everything lives in the room, and how the day actually runs.
Screen size depends on ceiling height, sightlines, and how far back the last row sits. We work from the venue's specs and your headcount so the design fits the space instead of fighting it.
First comes discovery: what the event needs to accomplish and what the venue allows. Next is a design and a recommendation, refined with you. Once the plan is set, our crew executes it, and the people who designed it are the ones on site.
Most event problems are planning problems: a wall that blocks a door, power that isn't where it needs to be, a run of show nobody rehearsed. Working this out early is cheaper than solving it at load-in.
